CLIENT REVIEWS:
I can't say enough good things about Rader Law Group. They handled my business dispute (breach of contract) on a contingency basis, which was immensely helpful to me both financially and psychologically. Conversations with Howard always left me feeling heard and validated, and gave me the peace of mind that my case was in good, very competent hands. I highly recommend them.

I had a difficult contract situation and had been told by other lawyers that I was pretty much stuck and just had to wait it out. Attorney Andrew Rader was extremely patient and helpful and used his expertise in Florida contract law to show me that I wasn't stuck in the contract at all, provided specific advice on how to handle future legal challenges, and helped me get the compensation that I was owed. I can't recommend his services highly enough.
KELLY MCCORMICK
My grandmother had a slip and fall case in a large community in Deerfield Beach, Fl. Andrew Rader helped me every step of the way and secured a settlement that I would never have dreamed of. The firm was professional, responsive, and made sure all needs were met. Hopefully nothing like this happens again, but if it does, we know where to turn.

Board Certified Representation
What kind of requirements do board-certified lawyers need to meet?
For an attorney to legally practice law, they must licensed by the Supreme Court Florida. But beyond merely being an attorney, the State of Florida and the Florida Supreme Court awards an even higher honor to a very few attorneys- Board Certification. Board Certification is only awarded to those attorneys who have demonstrated to the Florida Supreme Court that they are truly outstanding in their field. In fact, less than 1% of Florida lawyers are Board Certified in Civil Trial Law.
Board certification recognizes attorney’s special knowledge, skill and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism and ethics in practice. Board-certified lawyers have met several benchmarks set forth by The Florida Bar, which include:
- A proven record of trials to verdict;
- Passing a difficult examination in Civil Trial Law,
- Obtaining peer recommendations from judges and other certified lawyers,
- Satisfying rigorous continuing legal education requirements.
