Andrew Raderis one of about 1% of Florida lawyers who have become board certified by the Florida Bar in civil trial practice. This recognition by the Florida Bar was earned from Mr. Rader’s demonstrated excellence in legal knowledge (by examination) and actual trial experience.

His courtroom experience and strategic approach have earned him a reputation for handling cases that require both technical precision and strong trial advocacy.

With more than 30 years of legal service across Florida and New York, Rader’s groundbreaking IVF litigation set a powerful precedent in reproductive justice, helping Florida become one of the first states to recognize emotional damages for the negligent destruction of embryos.  A distinguished pioneer in the IVF Legal Space and board-certified in Civil Trial, Rader recently won the 2025 Reproductive Justice Advocacy Award, was featured in The World’s Best Magazine Edition on Law and Innovation as well as the 32ⁿᵈ edition of The Best Lawyers in America® for his expertise in Personal Injury Litigation- Plaintiffs.

Rader’s unique scope ranges from empowering clients through IVF contract review to litigating reproductive negligence, including embryo destruction, IVF mix-ups and unregulated behavior in the in vitro fertilization sector.

Rader is a member of SEEDS Growing Ethics and will serve as a panelist at its upcoming national Spring Conference in Atlanta, GA. A strong advocate for IVF and REI, he is also a vocal proponent of greater oversight and regulation in a fertility industry that remains largely unregulated.
