Personal Injury Cases Involving Nursing Home Abuse Cases
When you admit a family member or loved one into a nursing home or long term care facility, you do so with the trust that the facility’s staff will provide them with proper treatment and care on an individual level. However, an alarming number of nursing home residents have been subject to neglect and abuse. While nursing home abuse goes largely unreported, this neglect and abuse can be harmful to your loved one’s health, and in some cases may even be fatal. If you suspect a loved one is being abused in a nursing home, call us immediately for help.
